About the Jewelry

Each unique piece is crafted by hand, and unless otherwise stated, all clasps are sterling silver. The majority of Elaine Haydon Jewelry designs are one of a kind, and as such, this site will change often as pieces are sold or added to the inventory. So, if you see something that you like or you think that you cannot live without, you should order it while it is available.

Elaine's Guarantee

Each piece is carefully inspected for flaws and defects prior to shipment. In the unlikely event of damage resulting from a manufacturing mistake, we will repair or replace the piece free of charge. We reserve the right to examine the piece in question to determine the cause of failure. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for damage due to abuse or from normal wear and tear.

Returns & Exchanges

We will happily exchange your piece with another selection of equal value, or refund the purchase price to the credit card used for it's purchase within 14 days of the original shipment date. Pieces arriving after 14 days are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Any items returned must arrive in original condition, unused, with tags attached.

Repairs

If through normal wear and tear, or by accident, your piece becomes damaged, we will gladly repair it. Please contact us for an estimate. Please include your name, contact number or email address, purchase date, and SKU # (if available).

Payment

We currently accept Paypal as our principal method of payment. PayPal is an easy, secure (SSL Technology) method of payment, and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards. It's fast, safe, and a PayPal account is not required.

Shipping Methods & Costs

All available pieces will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon confirmation of payment. All jewelry purchased will be shipped via UPS standard ground at the following rate:

Over $200.00(before shipping and taxes). . . . . . . . .No Charge

You will receive a USPS tracking number via email once your purchase has shipped.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 7.75% will automatically be added to orders shipped within California.

All pieces displayed on ElaineHaydonJewelry.com are one of a kind pieces. Prices listed are for the original piece only, and not for special order reproductions. Please refer to our Special Orders page for further details.
